Location, location, location. After 25 years working in the film and television industry as a location manager, Zac not only knows the importance of finding the perfect place to live, work and play — he has mastered the art of uncovering hidden gems.
Throughout his career, he’s been a part of the production of celebrated music videos, TV series and films, and was responsible for the location, leasing and maintenance of film sets in addition to serving as vice-chairman of the Directors Guild of Ontario. While his lifelong passion for real estate led him to his role in the film and TV industry, he has also pursued his love for residential property by busily renovating and flipping houses, and creating rental properties.
Zac knows that the search for the perfect property is a very personal experience — even if it’s as seemingly utilitarian as an industrial warehouse. A dedicated and loyal guide to his clients, Zac takes the time to understand their unique wants and needs, and leans on his extensive experience to help identify opportunities in a property that they may not see at first glance. Thanks to his background, he is at home in the world of commercial and industrial sales and leasing, and enjoys working with corporations and businesses on every scale.
As Hamilton enjoys a renaissance as a bustling filming location, it’s perhaps no surprise that Zac holds a special affection for the city, appreciating the wealth of historic charm it has proudly retained amid its ongoing growth, and its ability to appeal to PHDs and artists alike.
Zac loves jumping on his motorbike and riding down the country roads that criss-cross southern Ontario
